Farmer's Cheese Berry Tart

An old recipe from (I think) Gourmet.  Made with farmer's cheese, a local white cheese.  Low in sugar, only 1/4 cup for whole tart.  Crust looks delicious, no?

And I remembered to take a photo before we ate the whole thing.  Raspberries, blackberries and blueberries in a mild, not-too-rich filling.  You make the filling in the Cuisinart, as you do the crust.  This makes life easy as well as elegant.  Isn't that what we want?

You won't get "chopped" if you make this dessert.
