If this is difficult to read, apologies. Best I can do. As for quality, my comment says it all. Some care is needed in the prep, but nothing difficult. Use quality ingredients. Almond flour is available in most gocery stores. It can be used for really delicious cakes, too. Be sure to use real butter. These are not cheap cookies, but the results speak for themselves, and you should have enough dried fruits for another batch or other recipes. Merry Christmas!
